MEETING ROSTER

IMPORTANT REMINDER - If you are unable to attend a meeting where you are rostered on, please arrange for a replacement to fulfil your rostered duty and advise the Chair.

NEW PROCESS FOR LONG TERM ABSENCES: 

Going away for 3 weeks or more? Please let the Bulletin Editor and/or President know at the earliest so we can be efficient with the rostered duties at each meeting.

Please note that we are low on members who can assist with rostered duties due to previous requests of 'limited inclusions' and those who don't RSVP at all (please do as it courteous to your fellow Rotarians and the venues).

If your circumstances have changed, it would be great to share the load a bit more and reduce the number of weeks in a row some members are rostered on for.
