About the Parade

The Gawler Christmas Parade returned to Murray St in 2023 with the drive and passion for community from now former MP for Light, Tony Piccolo. In 2025, the Parade was organised by a dedicated group of volunteers through the Rotary Club of Gawler Light.

In 2026, the Rotary Club is bringing it back again!

Enjoy the twilight markets from the Gawler Apex Club, join the festive cheer as the magic of decorated floats make their way up and back down Murray St and finally, be there as the lights are switched on for the Riverbank Christmas Display.

It's going to be magical.

Event Schedule

Like previous years, the parade will begin in the event, with the exact timing yet to be announced. Arrive early to secure a great viewing spot along the route.
