RFDS (Royal Flying Doctor Service) every year assists on average one patient every 10 minutes! It provides emergency retrieval services, as well as comprehensive primary healthcare services to semi-remote and bush communities. RFDS District Support Groups develop valuable networks of friendships that facilitate mutual support and encouragement while raising awareness and fundraising for the invaluable work of RFDS to save lives.
